Using an extensive and integrated array of advanced design tools, our engineers work within your vehicle platform and math data to quickly respond to your needs. With in-house Non-Linear Finite Element Analysis, a company-wide 3D parametric solid modeling system in place, and an array of available elastomers and engineering polymers, Newcor stands ready to solve nearly any sealing problem.

The Group has a spectrum of manufacturing process capabilities including single and two shot injection molding, dip molding and slush casting.

Typical applications for our noise, vibration, aperture, entrapment, isolation and functional components fall into three categories: steering column and control systems, shift and console systems, and underhood and isolation.
